Coventry city centre ring road is the hub of the city’s road network, carrying large volumes of traffic in and out of the city and between all the main radial routes. The city’s economy relies on this connectivity.

Constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, the largely grade-separated road and its supporting structures require essential maintenance due to inherent design and construction challenges, and a historical lack of funding to address such a significant project.

We completed a principal inspection of the ring road and performed routine maintenance to ensure the integrity of columns and drainage systems. Further refurbishment works were identified and formed a seperate larger project.
